Welcome to our web page,

We are a family friendly club that has been located at the Community Centre for over 20 years. We believe in respect for all, & the teaching of self defence, not aggressive force. We are open every Tuesday & Thursday in the Upper Hall from 7pm until 8.30pm. All age groups both male & female are welcome & will be made to feel at home in our friendly club atmosphere. We have over ten fully qualified black belt instructors.

Membership is FREE, fees paid weekly, so come on, give it go, you have nothing to lose, but everything to gain.
